Richard Anderson and Brian Lishak of Richard Anderson Ltd in association with Dormeuil are delighted to announce the launch of Guanashina a new concept in luxury fabric for their exclusive limited edition Richard Anderson waistcoat.
Richard Anderson Ltd are the only tailors on Savile Row to make garments in Guanashina which is a combination of three of the finest fibres, kid Kashmiri Pashmina, yearling Cashmere and Andean Guanaco, which are expertly and carefully woven together to create the most luxurious cloth in the world. It has a glorious "handle" and is a sheer delight to wear.
The weight of the new cloth, which is exclusive to Richard Anderson Ltd, has been especially selected to produce Anderson Blazers and Overcoats as it's lightweight and super-soft qualities ensure the garments are warm and comfortable to wear.
Richard Anderson's blazers and overcoats are designed to flatter the appearance, accentuate good features and disguise the less good. The line is long and slim giving an elegant, clean shape to the figure that looks and feels natural. Richard has developed and refined the key features of his cutting over many years, and as a designer of both bespoke clothing and cloths, he has seen a growth in demand for fully bespoke tailoring on Savile Row.
Brian Lishak, a Director of Richard Anderson Ltd. is delighted to be combining the design and cutting expertise of Richard Anderson with a luxury fabric such as Guanashina, providing their clients with an Anderson Blazer or Overcoat that is at the pinnacle of luxury. "We have put in a lot of research to find a fabric that is very special and unique to match the individual style, bespoke tailoring and service we provide for our customers and we have succeeded in setting a major precedent on Savile Row. Guanashina has never been used before and we are delighted to be the first company to create garments using this exquisite fabric," Mr Lishak said.
Available in black, navy or natural, a Guanashina Blazer or Overcoat is available in double or single-breasted styles. The blazer can be finished with 18ct or 22ct solid gold or solid platinum buttons exclusive to Richard Anderson Ltd with a plain or hammered finish. Exclusive Only one length will be made in each colour and a length is enough for only 20 garments. Each garment will be individually certificated.
