Winter is fast upon us and with this comes Richard Anderson Ltd launch of an exciting new range of tweeds, to take men and women alike into a winter sartorial elegance.
"Today celebrates the use of the best mills with the best tailoring techniques. These tweeds ensure a perfect shape for men and women and make sure that our clients keep looking good now and in ten years time," said Brian Lishak, managing director, Richard Anderson Ltd. One of the highlights of the new collection is a pink and grey check tweed suit which Mr Lishak believes "is such a rarity in today's black suited world." Richard Anderson Ltd works closely with cloth houses in the development of new and unique tweeds.
"We may be on one of the oldest fashion streets, but we are very sure of the future of bespoke tailoring. This exciting new range demonstrates Savile Row's ability to remain fresh and fashion forward, providing a unique style that will last forever" said Mr Lishak.
Richard Anderson and Brian Lishak carefully selected the following tweeds sourced from Yorkshire and Scotland:
SUIT
This fabric may be from Yorkshire, but has a definite West of England Saxony twist. A 12 oz worsted tweed,
it has a character normally found in much heavier fabric.
SPORT COAT
A glorious brown check Scottish tweed outlined in blue on an oatmeal ground. Its medium weight allows for
wear in both winter and summer. This is available in two colour ways, the second is blue grey in colour,
with an oatmeal outline.
LADIES TWEED
The true highland colourings of field and thistle are reflected in this green and purple plaid. Manufactured by
a small Scottish mill, it is relatively light 14 oz weight.
Richard Anderson showcases the best tweeds the British Isles has to offer and they are available now.
